Concho Valley Council Historical Trails

The Concho Valley Council has two active historical trails for use by all members of the Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts USA.   You are invited to take your group on one of these trails and experience the history of the early days of West Texas when the forts played a vital role in defending the area
against Indians.

You may earn a special historical patch to wear on your uniform by completing the trail requirements.   Boy Scouts may also qualify for the National Historial Trail Award by completing those requirements.

Here is the information you will need to get started on hiking either or both of these trails.
