With the end of the school year fast approaching, I would like to remind all Cub Scout Unit leaders that all scouts completing their 2nd year as Webelos must be transferred to a Boy Scout unit by the end of the school year. It cost $1 to transfer a Cub Scout to a Boy Scout Troop. Below are Scouts noted by the council requiring crossover. Please contact me if you have any questions.

FAMILY FOS
FOS for 2008 is underway in the Permian Basin and most of us have started preparing for individual unit Family FOS presentations, as well as a Community FOS breakfasts or lunch. As we go thru these next few months carrying out the Friends of Scouting Campaign I would like to remind everyone to keep focus on the meaning of this campaign. Without Friends of Scouting our District and Communities would lack some fundamental resources provided thru Friends of Scouting. If I have not discussed Friends of Scouting dates with your unit, I will be contacting you shortly. Family Friends of Scouting presentations can be done in any setting and are done in 10 short minutes.
