Camp Sol Mayer Reservation Form

REQUEST FOR USE OF CAMP SOL MAYER
For day, weekend, or overnight camping use for Boy Scout of America units

This request for the use of Camp Sol Mayer should be completed and submitted electronically to the Council Service center no less than seven (7) working days before the intended camping date. Approval by the Field Director or Scout Executive is required. The approved Request Form should then be given to the Camp Ranger immediately upon your arrival at Camp Sol Mayer with your completed Tour Permit and Youth Protection Certificate of at least one (1) trained adult Leader who will be present continuously with the unit.

CONDITONS FOR CAMP USE

We agree to follow the Dual Leadership Guideline with at least two (2) adults in camp the entire camp out time. Co-ed Posts must have male and female adults. We will follow all the Safety Policies as printed in the current "Guide to Safe Scouting". We understand that if aquatic activities are planned, we must implement and use **Safe Swim Defense and/ or Safety Afloat.

We will stress sanitation in cooking at all times, washing cookware and dishes in hot water in an approved manner. The wash stands in latrines located in Campsites are not for this purpose !

THE COUNCIL NO LONGER PERMITS PETS ON COUNCIL CAMP PROPERTIES.

Our unit agrees to comply with the terms set forth above.
